Visas
Remember that it is extremely important that you apply for the correct visa before you enter the UK /Canada /New Zealand or the USA. Each country has different rules and regulations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you apply for and hold the correct visa when leaving your country to learn English on one of our courses.

There are different rules depending on your age, where you live and the passport that you hold.

Balance due at least thirty days prior to the commencement of the course.

On receipt of the booking form confirmation of payment you will be sent the following documents:
1) Confirmation letter
2) Certificate of enrolment
3) Visa support letter (if necessary)
4) Student information form
5) Confirmation of transfers if requested



4.

A place will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid and received. The booking of a place is regarded as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.



5.

Students attending summer school programmes at one of Studylink’s recommended schools must abide by the rules of the school and directions given to them by the adults in charge of the programmes.



6.

Students are accepted on the assumption that they are in good health. We do not accept responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, participants’ belongings. Whilst every help is given, it is the students responsibility to ensure collection of all bellongings prior to departure.



7.

Studylink International does not accept any loss or expense due to delay or changes in public transport, weather, quarantine, sickness, strike, riot, terrorist action or any other cause. It does not accept responsibility for any injury or loss of life however caused.



8.

From time to time Studylink International will arrange for photographic and video records to be taken during the course. All such material remains the poperty of Studylink International, which reserves the right to use the material in any promotional activity or materials.



9.

The programme details and the brochure have been published in good faith. Programmes are subjct to alteration or change in the event of unsuitable weather or conditions beyond our control. These conditions form the basis of the contract between the student and Studylink International, which contract is subject to the laws of England.



10.

Cancellations
0 or more days prior to arrival - 25% of total fees
7 to 29 days prior to arrival - 50% of total fees
0 to 6 days prior to arrival - 100% of total fees



11.

Each of the schools specially chosen by Studylink International and featured in our brochure/pamplets will have their own rules and regulations. It is a condition of booking with Studylink International and their agents that schools rules and regulations are adhered to.



12.

Total fees are payable at least 30 days before the start of the course. Where resistration is made less than 30 days before the start of the course, total fees are payable immediately.



13.

No fees are refundable in the case of late or non-arrival for a course.



14.

Neither the school or its representatives are liable for the loss of tuition or other services due to public disturbance, industrial action or factors outside their control. Refunds cannot be made under any of these circumstances.


The above Notes and Conditions apply to all students regardless of whether they have signed a written agreement to them or not.
